Extremely professional
All Family Construction was highly recommended by a family friend when we began the process of searching for a pool contractor. After seeing the pool All Family created for our friends and the price they presented to us the decision was made. The process was extremely smooth, communication between contractor and homeowner was constant and Mike the president was always a phone call or text away. Workers we extremely professional and hard working.

It was a pure Joy to work with a contractor
We did have a target completion date of July 4th but due to weather delays we were able to begin using the pool today. It was a pure Joy to work with a contractor who worked so hard to meet the clients needs, ensures that the customer is well informed through out the 8-10 week process and understands that customers change their minds.

Just wanted to take a quick second to extend a thank you to Mike. He was recently dealt a very difficult situation when one of his employees turned out to be a fraud. Mike did everything expected of a great manager and business owner, and put me (the customer) first. He took a horrible situation and made everything right in the end. Thank you Mike!

All Family Construction exceeded all of my hopes
I never take the time to write reviews, although I often review a business's yelp rating before I call for services. With Michael Leonard's All Family Construction, when I found out about him, it was from a glowing referral from a neighbor. We had pondered putting in a pool for some time, and I was asking everyone I knew who had a pool, about their experience with their contractor. I watched my neighbor's job across the street going in, and I was curious. I asked how they were doing with All Family, she said they were great to work with and the only issue she had was they were going too fast on her project and she couldn't decide fast enough on the materials she would choose! That was one problem I could deal with! I called Michael, as well as a two other companies, and had them bid my project. In dealing with all three companies during the bidding process, Michael was the most responsive to me with getting back with drawings, revised pricing, etc. Also, what a pleasure to work with. I opted to go with All Family, and I was so happy I did. Michael initially gave me an estimate of 8 weeks for completion of all hardscape, and me being very cynical and growing up around numerous construction projects over my lifetime, I know when any contractor gives you a time schedule, it is usually pretty safe to expect it will be at least a few weeks beyond that date. To my surprise, Michael actually delivered my pool, all hardscape completed, in 6 weeks! They still had some minor touchups here and there, but the majority was complete. As the job was progressing, Michael was also very flexible with me when it came to changing a few details here and there. He stuck to the timetable and to the original quote. The only things he charged me more for were extras that I added on as the job progressed. As a seasoned consumer and a real estate agent, Michael and All Family Construction exceeded all of my hopes for my pool project. And they are really All Family, Michael is a Jr., and his dad Michael Sr. works along with him! Thanks Michael and the rest of the crew for the backyard of our dreams!

An honest, dependable construction company
If you are looking for an honest, dependable construction company then Michael Leonard and All Family Construction is the one. We received estimates for a front and backyard retaining wall. After receiving multiple bid, we went with All Family Construction. The job was much more than we anticipated (mainly due to city code requirement for a 5ft retaining wall). Michael's crew did a professional, high quality job and even helped me out with a few ""add on"" requests (sprinkler line behind the wall and additional course on the backyard wall) with no complaints. I had also requested some extra dirt left on site after the wall was complete but since the sub-contractor didn't leave any extra dirt for us, Mike went out of his way and delivered 2 cubic yards of dirt after the project was completed. All Family Construction might not always be the lowest bid but rest assured, the satisfaction of knowing your construction project will be done per code, professional and right the first time will last long after the thrill of a bargain.

My wife and I highly recommend Mike and his crew. We have put in four pools. An experience we have had in the past is someone coming, digging a hole, and leaving for a few weeks. Not so with Mike. He told us six weeks, and it was completed in six weeks. There was someone on the job site every day; Mike checked on the job daily, sometimes as late as 7 pm. Everyone was friendly and easy to have on the premises. They stayed within the budget, and the bid was less than the other bids we got. Our son will be putting in a pool next year, and Mike's is the only bid we will get.

Far exceeded our expectations
My husband and I thoroughly researched our options when we decided to build a pool last year. It is the first pool either of us have had so we were excited but anxious at the same time. Since it's such a large investment, we wanted to make sure that we chose a company that understood what we wanted but would give us suggestions so we didn't have regrets later down the road. After meeting with 5 pool builders, seeing their plans and learning about their companies, we confidently chose All Family Construction. To be honest, they all had great plans, a nice quality product and good customer service but we decided on All Family because of the impression that Mike Leonard made on us. He seemed honest and hard working and like he truly wanted to earn our trust. Also, we liked the idea that All Family is a small family company and were happy to have the opportunity to do business with them. After construction began, we were happy to see that the work that was completed far exceeded our expectations, his crew even took extra steps to clean up at the end of each day. Several of our neighbors even commented on their professionalism. Our pool was completed just the way we wanted, in less time than expected and we absolutely love it! I would definitely recommend Mike Leonard and his team at All Family Construction.

Three words...Professional, Talented and Friendly
Three words...Professional, Talented and Friendly. We hired All Family Construction to make over our back yard and install a new pool. I met with 3 different builders and reviewed plans and pricing from each. In the end I chose All Family because they were the most attentive and professional. Mike Leonard is extremely communicative throughout the entire process which made me feel very comfortable. Mike and his team worked diligently to handle our every need. As the project moved forward Mike was extremely accommodating to any changes we had to the original plan and never missed a beat to keep the project done on time. In the end we are extremely satisfied with the quality of work they provided and would recommend them for any construction project. We finally have the backyard we always wanted!

Mike and his crew were great from day one! We had him over not once, but twice, to quote the plans for our backyard. We had quite a few changes from the first time and he was so accommodating and helpful, giving insight wherever he could and helping us get the plans right based on what we envisioned. His crew was so professional and thorough... very hard workers! We love that he's licensed AND insured. We'll definitely be asking him back when we move further with our backyard. It's not every day you find an owner as involved, dedicated, budget conscious & thorough as Mike. If you can't already tell by our review, we'd most definitely recommend him! Mike and his team are very professional and reliable. We had our pool done without any delays and Mike helped us with a installment plan during the process which made it easy to budget. Building a pool like the one All Family construction did for us is not an easy task and you don't want to take risks with just any contractor. These guys are the best and the price is better than you'll find anywhere!!

We are very happy with the results
Mike and his team designed and built our pool and patio cover in less time than other contractors quoted. His crew was clean and professional. He is very meticulous, budget conscious, and understands a homeowner's perspective. During construction, we had a family medical emergency that took us away from home for a month. Mike continued the project and provided me with daily updates and photos so we didn't miss a beat. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend him for any construction related project. We intend to have him work on an RV pad next.

Mike and his crew put us first
If you want a pool built at a reasonable price with quality and professionalism, you MUST use Mike Leonard and ALL FAMILY CONSTRUCTION. We called 6 different companies and Mike was by far the most reasonably priced, and he gave us exactly what we wanted, nothing more. The other companies wanted to add all kinds of extra things, driving the price up on a simple pool. A couple of companies didn't even call us back. From the beginning, Mike and his crew put us first, and delivered on what he said he would. He finished the project early, and we paid for exactly what we wanted and what he promised us. Thank you Mike! Anyone would do best by calling All Family Construction.

We love your work
After years of wanting a pool, my husband and I finally decided to go for it. We interviewed multiple companies, and out of everyone we met, we liked Mike the best. We're not fans of salesmen trying to talk us in to things, and Mike was honest and not pushy. After listening to what we wanted, he designed a pool that was perfect for our family. He even worked with us on pricing without compromising what we wanted to stay within our budget. We were impressed by each of his workers for their respect, dependability, and talent at what they do. We were also shocked by how unbelievably fast our pool was done, and what a quality product it was! Also, as a side note, I was worried about my peach tree, which is very important to me since it's one of the only plants I've ever kept alive, and Mike made sure it survived the construction. It is still thriving :) Thanks ALL Family Construction! We love your work and would choose you again in a heart beat.

Mike and his team did an amazing job on my backyard. He came in and met with us and offered solid advice. He even helped with the design. He was in constant communication with us throughout the whole project. His team turned an all dirt backyard into a fully functional space in a matter of 3 weeks. Thank you All Family Construction!
